All orders are being shipped worldwide from Zagreb, Croatia.
You will receive a tracking number once your parcel is shipped and on the way.
Returns and exchanges are not accepted for made-to-order pieces.
Due to the fragile nature of each piece, they should not be shipped back and forth to avoid breakage.
Duties and taxes - 10% tax for the US will be paid from my side. To avoid additional costs these will be shipped as a "gift" with original artwork code.
Please keep track of your item once it is sent, as you will need to sign for it. If you don't pick it up within 6 - 30 days it will be returned to sender (me) and shipped again with extra charge.
